Registration Plan- Once you've been placed in a Troop Camp session and receive the registration password, how will you register? There are two options- please carefully review the following:
Troop Camp Registration on One Account:
Benefits of registering all troop camp attendees on one UltraCamp (camp registration) account:
- You can make the reservations and pay all deposits (or total camp fees) from one account.
- You can pay the deposits (or total camp fees) via a troop card.
- You can see all reservations you've made and mange them, ensuring that all your campers are signed up and paid on time.
Requirements when registering all campers on one account:
- Leader must have a camp registration account and add each camper's basic information to that account ahead of registration.
- Leader must work with each camper's caregiver to complete each camper's Health History and Camper Release Form (pro-tip: skip this form during registration and come back to it once campers are signed up in your "Incomplete Tasks" section). We recommend that you have guardians of campers log into your troop camp registration account and complete their child's form, or that you complete it together over the phone or in person.
Troop Camp Registration on Individual Accounts:
Benefits of camper's guardians registering them on their own individual UltraCamp (camp registration) accounts:
- Guardians can see and manage their Girl Scout's information and reservation and can complete the detailed Health History and Camper Release Form during or after registration from their own account.
- Guardians can make their own payments toward their camper's reservation.
Requirements when registering campers via individual guardian accounts:
- After receiving your form submission, GSOSW will email you the registration password to sign up for a session, you will need to share that information with guardians so they can register their campers.
- Troop Leader is responsible for communicating with caregivers to remind them to complete their reservations. GSOSW will send payment due date reminders to caregivers.
- Guardians must pay the $75 deposit to reserve their camper's spot. If any troop funds will be applied to the camper's reservation after the guardian pays for the deposit, the troop leader will need to contact GSOSW to arrange payment.
