Complete this form to request a business or organization to become a High Adventure Activity Parter (HAAP) with GSOSW. Please review the following before submitting.
Use of a High Adventure Activity Partner is ONLY required for activities deemed as high-risk within Safety Activity Checkpoints, including the following activities:
- Aquatic Amusement and Water Parks
- Ax, Knife, and Hatchet Throwing
- Archery (approval is NOT required if on a GSOSW property and led by GSOSW adults)
- Canoeing
- Outdoor Climbing and Rappelling
- Horseback Riding
- Indoor Skydiving
- Aquatic Inflatable Activities
- Kayaking on Whitewater (no approval is required for flatwater kayaking)
- Packrafting
- Rowboats/Rowing
- Sailing
- SCUBA Diving
- Surfing
- Shooting Sports
- Snorkeling
- Stand - Up -Paddleboarding
- Surfing
- Waterskiing, Wakeboarding, and Towed Tubing
- Whitewater rafting
- Windsurfing
- Ziplines

Please note that submitting this request DOES NOT automatically approve an activity partner for use by members; GSOSW staff will confirm approval with you once the process is complete. The approval process usually takes 4-6 weeks, but can take longer depending on the organization.
