Complete this form to request a business or organization to become a High Adventure Activity Parter (HAAP) with GSOSW. Please review the following before submitting.
Use of a High Adventure Activity Partner is ONLY required for activities deemed as high-risk within Safety Activity Checkpoints, including the following activities:
- Ax, Knife, and Hatchet Throwing
- Archery (approval is NOT required if on a GSOSW property and led by GSOSW adults)
- Bubble Soccer
- Challenge Courses (approval is NOT required for low-ropes elements)
- Diving
- Downhill Skiing and Snowboarding
- Outdoor Climbing and Rappelling
- Indoor Climbing and Rappelling (approval is NOT required for bouldering walls)
- Hayrides
- Horseback Riding
- Indoor Skydiving
- Kayaking on Whitewater (no approval is required for flatwater kayaking)
- Recreational Tree Climbing
- Snorkeling
- Spelunking
- Surfing
- Target Sports (excluding target paintball)
- Tethered balloon rides
- Tubing (water)
- Waterskiing and Wakeboarding
- Whitewater rafting
- Windsurfing/Sail boarding
- Ziplines

Please note that submitting this request DOES NOT automatically approve an activity partner for use by members; GSOSW staff will confirm approval with you once the process is complete. The approval process usually takes 4-6 weeks, but can take longer depending on the organization.
