Silver Award Project Notification
A Troop Leader or Juliette Mentor should complete this form after reviewing and approving the Silver Award Proposal Form submitted to them by their troop/Juliette. This is not the Silver Award Project Final Report, this is just to notify GSOSW who is currently working on a Silver Award Project. Girl Scouts who want to attend the GOLD celebration in June 2026 must submit their final report by April 15, otherwise they can attend the following year’s celebration.
