  • Complete this form to request council-wide promotion for your Service Unit, Troop or Volunteer hosted event. Program Team Specialists will review responses and issue promotion approval based on your event's Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) connections. Approved events will then be promoted on the GSOSW events page and calendar.

    • Language and images submitted in this form may be subject to change by GSOSW staff to ensure brand alignment and clarity.
    • Please be aware that the further ahead your event is submitted, the more GSOSW can promote it!
    • Please only submit events that are further than 3 weeks out from today's date to allow time for review and ample time for the website promotion to positively impact your registration.
    •  Be sure to contact answers@girlscoutsosw.org if you need to cancel your event or close registration early.
    • The Acknowledgements section will ask you to confirm that your event aligns with the Girl Scout Leadership Experience and that you agree to comply with guidelines listed in Safety Activity Checkpoints, Policies & Procedures, and Volunteer Essentials.
