It's time for an adventure, so let's get started! Carefully complete this form to request a property reservation.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

Troops and Juliettes may reserve property up to six months in advance, and service units may reserve up to twelve months in advance.

If this is a Juliette reservation, go directly to the Juliette Property Reservation Request (Form #700J) instead of completing this form.

For overnights, check-in time is 3:30 p.m. the first day, and check-out time is 2:00 p.m. the last day. For day use, hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hours may be extended, depending on availability, but an additional fee may be added for the extra hours.

There is no rental charge for regular weekly/monthly troop or volunteer meetings if they are two hours or less.

IMPORTANT: Be sure your group is approved for travel and that all required trainings will be completed well before you go, including certifications for activities. For guidance, please refer to Volunteer Policies and Procedures, Volunteer Essentials, and/or answers@girlscoutsosw.org. IF TRAININGS ARE NOT CURRENT BY YOUR RESERVATION DATE, THE RESERVATION CANNOT TAKE PLACE.

Payment Required:

If GRAND TOTAL FEES above are $50 or less, the full total is due now (non-refundable). If GRAND TOTAL FEES above are more than $50, a 20% deposit is due now (non-refundable), or you may pay the full total. Any remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds can be made if cancelling the reservation less than 30 days before arrival, but you may transfer to a new date that is within one year of the cancelled reservation.

GSOSW will email an invoice per the amounts and due dates above through the Square payment platform for renter to make a secure online payment by card or ACH. To participate in archery, boating, low ropes, climbing walls, and swimming, a trained/certified adult facilitator must be provided by your group (exception: GSOSW will provide a lifeguard in summer at Camp Whispering Winds), and proof of their training must be on file with GSOSW before your reservation date. 1.*

For overnight reservations, I will arrive at the site(s) requested no sooner than 3:30 p.m. and depart no later than 2:00 p.m. unless otherwise approved. I will check in with the ranger (or receive a key/code from GSOSW) and arrive no later than 9:00 p.m. For day use only, my reservation is valid from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise approved.
2.*

I agree that my deposit is non-refundable. If I cancel my reservation less than 30 days prior to my reservation date, all other fees paid are non-refundable. I may reschedule to a new date if it is within one year of my cancelled date. Two reschedules are the maximum allowed.
3.*

I agree that all required trainings and GEM travel approval will be completed before my reservation date or my reservation is at risk of being cancelled. For assistance, I can contact answers@girlscoutsosw.org.
4.*

I will comply with all GSOSW Volunteer Policies and Procedures and Safety Activity Checkpoints. As a troop or service unit, this includes having current background checks of all participating adults and Inside & Out training by at least one adult if staying overnight.
5.*

I agree to comply with all site use responsibilities as stated in the instructions to be provided to me before my arrival. I will ensure that all areas used during my stay will be thoroughly cleaned per instructions provided and/or posted on site. I will pay a minimum $75 fee if the property has been left uncleaned, damaged, or in unsatisfactory condition as determined by GSOSW.
6.*

I agree that other Girl Scout groups may reserve different areas of a camp property from those I have reserved during the same dates. If so, all adults on site will have been background checked.
7.*

I agree to submit to GSOSW all instructor certificates or proof required for my group to participate in archery, boating, low ropes, climbing walls, and swimming BEFORE my reservation date, or participation cannot be allowed. Certificates and questions can be directed to answers@girlscoutsosw.org.
8.*
