It's time for an adventure, so let's get started! Carefully complete this form to request a property reservation.

Please note the following details are specific to a Juliette reservation. Please be sure you have reviewed the Juliette Property Reservation Standards of Practice before proceeding with this reservation. If your reservation is not on behalf of a Juliette, please instead use the Girl Scout Property Reservation Request (Form #700) for a troop, service unit, or council-sponsored reservation.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

Troops and Juliettes may reserve property up to six months in advance, and service units may reserve up to twelve months in advance.

For overnights, check-in time is 3:30 p.m. on the first day, and check-out time is 2:00 p.m. on the last day. For day use, hours are 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hours may be extended, depending on availability, but an additional fee may be added for the extra hours.

There is no rental charge for regular weekly/monthly troop or volunteer meetings if they are two hours or less.

All property users are expected to support Girl Scouts to "leave a place better than you found it," and thoroughly clean up so others may also enjoy a safe and comfortable stay after you.

NOTE: For Girl Scout events, non-members are not allowed on overnights. All adults in attendance must be background-checked.

Adults are not required to have overnight training when making a property reservation for their Girl Scout Juliette; however, certifications are required to use site amenities such as watercraft, archery, etc. If a Juliette and mentor/advisor attend an event hosted by council staff or volunteers, there may be training required based on that event.

If GRAND TOTAL FEES above are $50 or less, the full total is due now (non-refundable). If GRAND TOTAL FEES above are more than $50, a 20% deposit is due now (non-refundable), or you may pay the full total. Any remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds can be made if cancelling the reservation less than 30 days before arrival, but you may transfer to a new date that is within one year of the cancelled reservation.

1.*

For overnight reservations, I will arrive at the site(s) requested no sooner than 3:30 p.m. and depart no later than 2:00 p.m unless otherwise approved. I will check in with the ranger (or receive a key/code from GSOSW) and arrive no later than 9:00 p.m. For day use only, my reservation is valid from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. unless otherwise approved.
2.*

I agree that my deposit is non-refundable. If I cancel my reservation less than 30 days prior to my reservation date, all other fees paid are non-refundable. I may reschedule to a new date if it is within one year of my cancelled date. Two reschedules are the maximum allowed.
3.*

I will comply with all GSOSW Volunteer Policies and Procedures and Safety Activity Checkpoints.
4.*

I agree to comply with all site use responsibilities as stated in the instructions to be provided to me before my arrival. I will ensure that all areas used during my stay will be thoroughly cleaned per instructions provided and/or posted on site. I will pay a minimum $75 fee if the property has been left uncleaned, damaged, or in unsatisfactory condition as determined by GSOSW.

I agree that other Girl Scout groups may reserve different areas of the property from those I have reserved during the same dates. If so, all adults on site will have been background-checked.
